At my core, I am grounded in faith, family, love, and a deep appreciation for the world around me. My relationship with God anchors my life and guides how I show up—with intention, authenticity, compassion, and a commitment to love others as an expression of my purpose. I often use the phrase #itsjustsoftliving as a personal reminder that God’s yoke is easy and that even in life’s complexities, there is grace, peace, and alignment available.

I was born and raised in Northern California in a large loving family. As the youngest daughter of two extraordinary parents—my mother, a physical therapist from West Virginia and my father, a under-water wielder, from Gary, Indiana, my parents made sure we understood the importance of God, family and knowing our culture. Together, they built a foundation for our family that is rooted in faith, hard work, and service to others. Although they have gone home to be with the Lord, their legacy continues to guide how I lead, love, and live with authenticity and intention. I am blessed to be supported by older sisters and brothers, my FabFive, extended family, and friends—my tribe—who love me, uplift me, and hold me accountable to live a life grounded in purpose, authenticity and impact.

I express love through travel, mentorship, and creating culinary moments that bring people together. And if you truly want to see me light up, you only need to mention Sir “Thor” Champion. For more than 15 years, my mini-schnauzer was a constant source of joy, unconditional love and laughter in my life. While he may have had four paws, he will always hold a place in my heart as my fur-baby. He is my forever reminder of the beauty of connection, loyalty, and unconditional love in its purest form.
